Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Most SOLEN products are created or prepared to order. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Estimated total delivery time is generally 7–10 business days, including production and shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs procedures, and local conditions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND COSTS
We ship to the destinations available during checkout. Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed before payment. Where free shipping is available, this will also be clearly shown at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by SOLEN.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Carrier and customs delays may occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at solen.art.wooden@gmail.com.
For damaged items, please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Products in the same order may be produced or dispatched by different fulfilment partners. Items may therefore arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
