Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period. You must contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not return an item without prior authorization. The correct return address and instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Damages, Defects and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
Personalized, customized, and specially commissioned products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.
This restriction does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country or region.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
When the return results from our error or a verified product defect, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at solen.art.wooden@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain another item is to return the eligible original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, customized, specially commissioned, used, worn, washed, or altered products cannot normally be returned. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable, except where required by law.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable, customers receiving eligible goods within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
